Rev. Jean Denavard Tranquilus is a transformational and gifted leader who seeks to empower others toward a better life. He has served in numerous capacities as an executive director and currently serves as associate pastor at Agape Christian Fellowship.
Rev. Tranquilus is deeply passionate about leadership and organizational development. He is a highly sought-after conference speaker and trainer, as well as an internationally recognized worship leader and Bible teacher. His ministry experiences have taken him across the globe as he continues to pursue greater impact in the service of God and people.
Rev. Tranquilus holds a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Ministry from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary (NOBTS). He also completed four units of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) at Naples Community Hospital (NCH), earned a Master of Theology from Slidell Baptist Seminary, and is currently pursuing a graduate degree in Organizational Leadership at Liberty University.
He takes great joy in his family life as the husband of Carine, and together they are blessed with three children: Serge, Karynna, and Denarson. As Vice President of COPAH, Rev. Tranquilus brings together pastoral commitment, leadership formation, and global ministry experience in support of the organization's mission and service to Haitian pastors and communities.
